Together we will identify the relationship between your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and behaviour, set goals, and work out how best to help you achieve them psychology services.
Based from my psychology practice in London’s Harley Street, I can offer treatment and services however best suit you and your needs, whether this is face-to-face, by telephone or via an online psychologist consultation.

Sessions are normally weekly and last 50 minutes. We will agree a number of sessions – I normally recommend 8-16, but we can review this as we work together.
Cancellation policy: If you are unable to attend your appointment please give 48 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged full price.
