You might find it hard to switch off, have trouble concentrating, and sometimes your mind just goes blank. You’re irritable a lot of the time, and tired but then have trouble sleeping. Generalized anxiety disorder is one of many anxiety conditions I offer treatment for.

Anxiety can also lead to panic attacks (panic disorder) where you have sudden episodes of feeling scared and losing control, your heart is racing, you’re sweating, have trouble breathe properly and feel weak or dizzy.

As a London-based private psychologist, I treat many clients at my Harley Street practice who suffer from stress or have developed anxiety due to a fast-paced lifestyle, a stressful job, or too many conflicting demands on their time.
